Oryana is the only food cooperative in the country with its own soy department and soy brand. Soyworks products can be found in markets and restaurants throughout the state, but they're made right here at Oryana. To make the soy, we use an age-old Japanese process that starts with organic, Michigan grown soybeans that are boiled and infused with sea minerals and fresh seasonings. The result is tofu and tempeh that delights and satisfies. You can use soy products including tofu and tempeh in entrees, desserts, spreads and salads. In a hurry?
